I take the greatest personal and professional pleasure in recommending Ms. Melissa Hess to you without qualification.
I have known and worked with Ms. Hess for one year. During this time I have found her to be of outstanding moral character and the consummate professional. Ms. Hess is a tireless worker, countless times I have observed her working late in her room. I have found her to be especially strong in the areas of curriculum, educational vision, and organizational skills. During her time at Greendale Middle School, positive strides were made in the Spanish department even though she is not a Spanish major. She followed corporation policy and submitted records in a timely manner. She works well with administrators, and makes decisions based on what is best for children. If Greendale Middle School would have an opening, I would not hesitate to hire Ms. Hess. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have an opening in her area.
